I am a physiology-first birth worker. I believe in - and am prepared to support - physiologic birth. Whether a birth is at home with a midwife, or in the hospital for a planned induction, I support my client’s physiology every step of the way.

As an advocate doula, I provide professional advocacy services and empowering strategy plans to support my client’s values & choices in their reproductive journeys. Centering my client’s personal values & informed choices is the guiding principle of my work.

My professional doula work began in 2018, and answers my calling in realizing & reclaiming our responsibility, our autonomy, our powers and our pleasure as wombed-ones. My maternal & family-centered studies are vast & continuous, and my mentors world-class:

I love the alpine in bloom, the bliss of a wild waters plunge, and dancing with abandon. I live in the White Oak woodlands above White Salmon, with the love of my life, and the sweet anticipation of starting a family together.
