  • Our Holistic Birth Doula Package includes:

    • In-depth prenatal meetings. At the initial intake, we will discuss your birth plans and values. We can offer guidance in developing a birth plan, and discuss how to engage your birth plan effectively. We can discuss comfort measures, and kinesthetically explore birthing positions for each stage of labor and various pelvic stations. We can discuss informed decision making and birthing rights, and practice advocacy tools. We can discuss how we can support your birth partner, and how they can support you. We can offer guidance on how to prepare your chosen birthing environment, and how to prepare for all things postpartum.

    • Our comprehensive guidebook to pregnancy, birth and postpartum that includes topics such as: prenatal nutrition; a truly thorough birth plan guide; a guide to decision making, birthing rights, and advocacy tools; a guide to all things involved with hospital birth; a guide to the birth journey, including tips for early labor; and a guide to postpartum planning.

    • A physiology session, where we work with you on a personalized plan to optimize comfort in pregnancy, efficiency in the birth journey, and a smoother postpartum recovery.

    • Accompaniment to an office visit with your care provider. This is an opportunity to nurture the cohesiveness of your chosen birth team so that we can better serve you in your pregnancy and birth journey. It can also be an opportunity to receive support as you discuss your birth plans with your care provider.

    • Customized childbirth education and evidence-based resources on topics that are of interest to you, and relevant to decisions you are navigating

    • Unlimited consultation for information you seek

    • Book borrowing from our extensive library related to all things pregnancy, parenting and relationships

    • Referrals to local and regional professionals

    • Professional advocacy services and empowering strategy plans

    • Email and phone support throughout pregnancy

    • 24-hour on-call access at 38 weeks

    • Backup doula options

    • Continuous support during the birth journey, and until you are settled in after the birth

    • Optional photography of you and your family during the birth journey

    • One in-home postpartum visit

    Pricing

    We provide our comprehensive birth doula package for $2,350. Payment plans can be arranged, and financial aid is available.

  • Explore body awareness and incorporate personalized tools to your physical practice and daily life, in this gentle and informative session. Camille will utilize the pregnancy-specific exercise physiology of the Body Ready Method; the body balancing and fetal positioning optimization of Spinning Babies; and the functional movement teachings of Katy Bowman, in order to support comfort in pregnancy, efficiency in the birth journey, and a smoother postpartum recovery.

    60 minute session - $60; each additional session is $50.

    Schedule a Physiology session

  • We offer in-home or in-hospital support after your birth journey. This can include:

    • postpartum recovery support

    • birth experience processing

    • basic breastfeeding support

    • diapering & baby-wearing while parent(s) have a self-care session or nap

    • meal & tea assistance

    • light housekeeping

    • running errands

    • sibling support

    • postpartum care & newborn care education, resources, and referrals

    An initial daytime session is $100, 2.5 hours (includes a complementary half hour). After that, rates are as follows:

    Day - 8AM-6PM, $50/hour

    Evening - 6PM-9PM, $60/hour

    Night - 9PM-8AM, $70/hour

    A day or evening postpartum session is 2 hours minimum. A postpartum session involving a night hour is 4 hours minimum. Each hour billed according to its rate.

  • Pre-conception Preparation - complementary

    Preparation for pregnancy, birth and parenthood can start prior to conception. In this one-on-one session, we can discuss your values and goals for pregnancy, birth and parenthood. We can formulate personalized resources and referrals for the information and services you seek.

  • Every pregnancy has a release. Whether that release is at one moon or ten moons, we are here to support you.

    We offer donation-based ($0-$1,500), skilled and compassionate support for pregnancy release that is anticipated to not result in a live birth, for any reason. Please reach out if you anticipate such an outcome and seek support for your journey. Check the Pregnancy Loss section of our resource list for informative support.
